I'm the manager of this design systems team. If there's a question on which component to use in a CMS in production or where to find the design tokens in Figma, it's me or someone on my design systems team getting them the answers. A year and a half ago, my leaving to join the circus would be chaos. Systems thinking was new to a lot of people. Right now, I'm proud to say we have several design systems advocates embedded on the team, taking the practices to all their other client projects.
